Meet Our Founder/CEO
Anastasia Barnes Holmes, Psy.M., M.Ed., is an esteemed educator, Master of Psychology, and community leader dedicated to advancing social change through education, advocacy, and empowerment. She served as the President of the F.D. Reese Foundation, Inc., where she worked to preserve and promote the legacy of Rev. Frederick D. Reese, a pivotal leader in the Civil Rights Movement. Additionally, as the FOUNDER/CEO of the Welcome Holmes Foundation, Inc., she leads initiatives focused on autism awareness, financial literacy, civic engagement, and educational equity. With advanced degrees in psychology and education, Barnes Holmes specializes in student development, mental health advocacy, and inclusive learning strategies. A passionate speaker, mentor, and advocate, she is committed to ensuring that families and underserved communities receive the support, resources, and opportunities they need for lifelong success.
